How best to use the Official SAT Study Guide?
The best way to prepare for the SAT is to use the official SAT practice tests that were administered as real tests. The 2020 Official SAT Study guide has a total of eight tests, the first six tests were administered to actual students, whereas the last two tests were never administered as real tests. I would recommend students to buy this guide and do all the scratch work in the book itself, similar to what one would do in the real exam. Most of the tests in this guide are available for free in pdf format from Collegeboard’s website, but it will save you money by buying this guide instead of printing out all the tests at home. I recommend that you take these full length tests under timed conditions and in one sitting. Also spend time on reviewing your mistakes and referring to my video explanations in the links listed above.
